We handle everything — from working out what you need through to settlement.

A 90-minute conversation to get clear on what you need, where, and why. We turn that into a written brief.

We research suburbs, build a shortlist, inspect properties, and report back. You only see the ones worth your time.

Once we've identified the right property, we dig deeper — coordinating and reviewing building, pest, strata, planning, and property-specific investigations to uncover risks before they become your problem. Whether it's structural issues, future developments, compliance concerns, or hidden costs, our job is to make sure you're making an informed decision with your eyes wide open.

Not every buyer fits neatly into a package.

A lot of buyers don't fit neatly into a box — and that's completely fine. Maybe you need suburb strategy plus auction bidding, you've found a property but want due-diligence help, or you just want a second opinion before you make an offer. We can build a package tailored to your situation — combining the services you actually need and nothing you don't.

We are buyers agents. We research, assess, and buy property for you. We are not generalists, and we will always point you to the right professional for the things outside our lane:

Home loans

We point you to good independent brokers — no kickbacks.

Tax & accounting

Tax, depreciation and structure are your accountant's domain.

Legal & conveyancing

We flag concerns; a solicitor handles contract and exchange.

Financial advice

Whether to invest at all is a question for a licensed planner.

Our position on fees

Flat fee. Agreed upfront. No surprises.

The only person paying us is you.

Flat fee, agreed in writing before any work begins — never a percentage of the price.

No commissions, kickbacks, or referral payments from agents, developers, or brokers.

Required disclosure under the NSW Property and Stock Agents Act 2002.
